How Delivery Works
Upon payment you may select your preferred delivery time from the available time slots using our online scheduling calendar
After booking your delivery you can easily choose a pick-up time that works best for you from our flexible online calendar.
On delivery day, we’ll bring your crates within your 1 hour scheduled time window and place them right where you need them.
On pick-up day, our team comes by to collect the crates within your 1-hour time window, so you can relax and skip the hassle of returns.
Delivery & Pick-Up Times
We make moving easier with convenient delivery and pick-up options for our rental crates. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM. When booking, you’ll be able to choose a convenient 1-hour time window for both your delivery and pick-up within these hours. These are our typical hours and may occasionally change based on scheduling needs. If you need a time outside of our regular schedule, feel free to send us a text at 470-758-1229 prior to booking a package, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Easy Pick-Up Process
Once you’ve finished unpacking, we’ll return at your schedule time to collect crates. On the scheduled day, we’ll arrive within your chosen 1-hour time window to collect them. Please make sure you, or someone you trust, is available during that time. Our goal is to keep the process simple and stress-free from start to finish. If you need to make any changes, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
